The ultra-high hydraulic dewatering system developed by Qingwu made significant improvements to the traditional diaphragm filter press, where its high-efficiency filter press and solid-liquid separation equipment provide higher pressures and efficiencies. This technology has now been partially patented, while national invention and utility model patents have also been filed. This technology represents a significant advancement in the field of sludge mechanical dewatering, overcoming the limitations of previous techniques that have struggled to reduce water content to a level below 60%. It has the potential to revolutionize the industry by enabling the reduction of sludge water content from 80% to below 50% through the use of filter press dewatering technology, a feat that has remained elusive until now. The filter cake, after dewatering, has no tendency to absorb water, dissolve in water, or turn back into mud. This technology represents a significant minimization and stabilization of urban sludge, allowing for direct disposal in a harmless and resourceful manner. It is a major breakthrough in the mechanical dewatering technology of urban sludge. This system offers numerous advantages, including a low investment cost, high dewatering efficiency, a compact footprint, an effective treatment effect, and simple operation and maintenance, which represents a novel, high-tech and energy-saving approach to sludge high-dry dewatering. This technology has a wide range of potential applications, including sludge deep dewatering, river dredging, the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, foodstuffs, coal mining, and metallurgy.

Qingwu has taken the initiative to enhance the conventional municipal sewage sludge treatment process, dewatering the sludge from water content of 80%-85% to a maximum of 60% water content. Additionally, no lime is added, ensuring the dewatered sludge can be used further. When comparing in all aspects, such as dewatering results, environmental protection, economic cost, etc., Qingwu's technology is clearly superior to other sludge dewatering technologies on the market.

Qingwu has finished preliminary technical preparations for the project's future development planning. The next product will be able to directly access sludge with only 2% solids content, completely replacing the current high-pressure plate and frame filter presses on the market. This will establish Qingwu as the industry leader both technically and economically, and further push the development of China's environmental protection forward.

Core Technology

We have developed innovative technology and equipment that enables us to reduce the water content of municipal sludge from 80-85% to less than 60%. After the comprehensive utilization, the water content can reach 45%. Furthermore, we do not add lime but only use green additives, ensuring that the further use of waste into treasure through sludge dewatering results in a low-cost, energy-efficient process.
