Our company signed the contract of "Sludge Drying Service Project of Sludge Disposal Center" with a large state-owned enterprise in a certain region, whose sludge disposal center produces at least 120 tons of municipal sludge per day (water content of 82%±2.5%). Our company provides the Client with a comprehensive range of services, including dewatering, drying, and reduction.

The designed treatment scale of deep dewatering of our company for this project is 120 tons/day (water content of 80%±5%). The reduction achieved through dewatering is a minimum of 50%. The treated sludge's water content is limited to 60% ± 2.5%. Our deep dewatering plant is strategically located within the park of Client's sludge disposal center, seamlessly integrated with the sludge discharge equipment of the sludge disposal center. Our company's total operational area spans approximately 400 ㎡.

Our project is working 20 hours/day and deep dewatering approximately 120 tons of sludge (water content of 82% ± 2.5%). After drying and reducing dewatered sludge, aerobic fermentation and composting is carried out. The final output of finished products can be directly resourced for land use, aligning with our goal of green development and circular economy.
