Our company entered into a contract with a local government for the provision of municipal sludge dewatering and reduction services. The water plant in question has a daily sewage treatment capacity of 100,000 m³ with an output of 80-100 tons of municipal sludge (water content of 80%).

The designed treatment scale of deep dewatering of our company for this project is 100 tons/day (water content of 80%±5%). The reduction achieved through dewatering is a minimum of 50%. The treated sludge's water content is limited to 55% ± 5%. Our deep dewatering plant is strategically located within the park of Client's sludge disposal center, seamlessly integrated with the sludge discharge equipment of the sludge disposal center. Our company's total operational area spans approximately 400 ㎡.

Our project is working 20 hours/day and deep dewatering approximately 90 tons of sludge (water content of 81%-84%). The dewatered sludge (53-60% water content) is transported directly to brick factories and power plants for fuel-blending incineration and disposal with zero waste generated.
