Tianjin Project
Our company signed the contract of "Sludge Dewatering and Reduction Operation Service Project" with a large state-owned enterprise in Tianjin. The project is located in Qingninghou area of Xiqing District, Tianjin, and its design scale of total sludge disposal is about 350,000 tons.
The designed treatment scale of deep dewatering of this project is 1,440 tons/day, and the water content of incoming sludge is about 80%-85%. The project is equipped with 7 sets of ultra-high pressure dewatering equipment and adopts the sludge deep dewatering process, i.e. five dewatering processes of sieving → spreading → initial dewatering → deep dewatering → discharge, etc., so as to realize the closed loop of cyclic production. Each process works synchronously according to the production cycle. The water content of the treated sludge is about 55%-60%.
The sludge, which has been dewatered and reduced (water content of 55%-60%), is transported directly to thermal power plants and cement plants for fuel-blending incineration. This process completely eliminates the sludge. The sludge is processed well and has a minimal negative impact on the environment, which promotes ecological and environmental management, and also sustainable economic development.
